There is no deposit to find and no card to dig out. The booking is a reservation of seats and a pickup, and you settle up only when the day of your tour arrives.
Short answer
Pick a tour and date, enter your guests by age, name your hotel, and leave your name and a phone number. Your money stays with you until the tour day, when the fare is due in euros; nothing is taken online. Withdrawing costs nothing up to 48 hours before the start, and the transfer from your hotel and back is part of every fare.
What the form wants from you
The tour. All nine are listed. If you are undecided, our comparison sets them side by side.
A date. On the Manavgat and bazaar day, make sure it falls on a market day, since the bazaar is held only on Mondays and Thursdays.
Guests by age. Adults are 11 and over, children 4 to 10, infants 0 to 3. Enter everyone, including the free ones, so the guest list matches the people who show up.
Your hotel. Type it. The pickup page explains the areas we collect from.
How to reach you. A name and a phone number we can actually reach you on while you are on holiday.
What each age row costs
Fares are set per tour and per age, and they are all on the prices page. Two details catch people out. On the Pirate tour and the Relax tour a child pays the same as an adult, so do not budget for a discount there. Infants aged 0 to 3 are free on all nine.
Paying
Payment happens on the tour day itself, and the currency is the euro. Nothing is taken when you book. Each listing also names what the fare leaves out, usually drinks, photographs and tips, so bring something extra if you expect to want those. If plans change
Free cancellation runs until 48 hours before the start of your tour, and it is worth noting the exact moment that falls when you book. Tell us as early as you can; a booking that has gone quiet still has seats and a vehicle held against it. If you are booking so late that fewer than 48 hours remain, the free period has already passed.
On the Island tour, our record is explicit about weather: if the trip has to be called off, you are offered your money back or a different date. For the other tours, ask us what applies when you book.
Anything we should know first
Dietary requests go in when you book, not on the boat, and the Island tour's vegetarian lunch in particular needs advance notice. Anyone travelling with a wheelchair or limited mobility should contact us before booking, because access differs from boat to boat and we would rather check than guess.
