Whether a snorkel mask is handed out is not on the operator's record, so bring your own if snorkelling matters to you.
Who this day is for
Choose it if you want a sociable day and have no strong reason to pick anything more specialised. Live music plays on deck, the foam party brings most people to their feet, and there is enough swimming to stay cool. Couples, friends and families with children who enjoy noise all fit in.
If you would like to spend the day in silence, this is the wrong boat. Our Relax tour has no music and no party at all.
What fills the hours
The boat works along the Side shoreline and stops more than once in clear bays and small coves. At each anchor you can swim, and snorkelling is on the programme. Lunch is served on board between swims, so nobody is hurried off a beach to eat. The foam party comes later in the day, and the transfer takes you back to your hotel after you dock.
The operator's note is plain about one thing: sea and weather can alter the route. Treat the order of stops as a plan, not a promise.
What to take, and what to budget for
Pack swimwear, a towel and sunscreen, with sunglasses and a hat if you have them. Keep your valuables with you; the crew asks everyone to do this. Children stay under their parents' supervision all day.
The fare leaves out soft drinks, alcohol, sunbeds, photographs and tips. Set some money aside for what you plan to drink through a long, hot day. The operator's record does not say a snorkel mask is handed out, so bring your own if you care about snorkelling.
