About the name
Wild dolphins swim here, as do protected loggerhead turtles, and on a lucky day one passes close to the boat. On plenty of days they do not. We would rather say so here than have you disappointed at sea. Book this tour because you would enjoy the swimming and the day on deck, and let any sighting be a piece of luck.
The first swim
After a calm run along the river, the boat anchors at the Boğaz river mouth. You can choose very cold fresh water or the warm, salty sea, a few strokes apart. Lunch follows on deck, a barbecue of chicken with rice or pasta, plus salad and bread.
The island and the way home
In the afternoon the boat crosses open water to Dolphin Island and drops anchor for a second long swim. A last swim comes on the way back, and after that the music comes up and the foam party runs until you reach the harbour. Dance, or find a quiet rail and watch the coast.
Costs and safety
All drinks are sold at the bar on board, and an all-inclusive package is available if you want one. Professional photos and souvenirs are also extra. The boat is insured, the captain licensed, and the crew and equipment certified, and travel insurance covers the full day.
